1. Serviceable Area (Delhi Delivery Available)
Delivery is available in Delhi through third-party delivery partners. For customers outside Delhi or visiting West Patel Nagar, counter pickup is warmly welcome.
2. Delivery Options at Checkout
- Jai Balaji Arranges Delivery: You provide your complete Delhi address and we arrange an available third-party delivery partner (e.g. Porter or local courier) on your behalf.
- Customer-Arranged Delivery: You book Porter or another preferred delivery service and share the pickup/delivery details with us.
3. Delivery Charges & โน999 Rule
For orders of โน999 or more: Delivery charges are covered by Jai Balaji (absorbed from our side).
For orders below โน999: Applicable delivery and booking charges are payable by the customer to the delivery partner.
4. Direct Ordering on Zomato & Swiggy
Customers may also order select fresh snacks and festive favourites directly through our official listings on Zomato and Swiggy. Please note that product catalog availability on delivery apps may vary.
5. Protective Food-Grade Packaging
Because traditional namkeens, mathris, and delicate gajak rolls are fragile, we use multi-layer airtight food pouches housed in sturdy corrugated outer boxes to ensure zero breakage and maximum crispness during transit.
6. Wholesale & Commercial B2B Bulk Orders
For commercial stockists, wedding caterers, and corporate clients, our Minimum Wholesale Order is strictly 100 KG per Product. If a customer wants multiple products, each selected product must meet the 100 KG minimum separately (100 KG applies per product, NOT as a total combined order).
